Welcome to PASOC’s 18th Christmas Celebration! Christmas
is the happiest season of the year when we, as Filipinos, gather
together in harmony and celebrate the birth of our Saviour, Jesus
Christ. As we gather here tonight in celebration of this joyous
occasion, lest we forget the less fortunate especially those in
our own home province - Pangasinan. |

| As promised in my inaugural speech, this administration has taken a bolder and further step in focusing the needs of its own members. Though in its initial stage, a Committee on Seniors Programs is now in place. Hence, I encourage all members to please keep in touch and help us update on your parents’ profile. Likewise, Youth Development and Scholarship Programs have been bolstered with the availability of funds from our recently concluded Casino Fundraising drive. I take this opportunity to thank my fellow officers and their respective families for their unconditional show of support to this administration. Also, to our members who volunteered in our successful Casino Fundraising drive - hats off to you! Working together is the main ingredient for our success. I trust you will continue your support and cooperation in the ensuing year. And lastly, may you have a safe and happy

 Message of the President The trust you bestowed upon me will be my guiding light in carrying out the many activities of PASOC. It is my intention to continue the traditions and to maintain and uphold the good name of the Society. I trust that my fellow officers, the Board of Directors as well as the Advisory Board and I will work hand in hand for the betterment of us all.
